Here's a list of things that Direct Car Parts get asked on a regular basis:

Q. Do you offer international shipping?

A. We have suspended all international services currently. Apologies for any inconvenience.

 

Q. Is it possible to have an 'out of stock' bumper protector delivered by priority?

A. Due to high demand and recent shortages with raw materials there is a little bit of a backlog on certain products. We currently quote approx 5 weeks from ordering to delivery on bumper protectors for the above reasons.

 

Q. Why can't you send spray paints by a cheaper delivery method?

A. Royal Mail and Parcelforce both classify paint aerosols as 'prohibited goods' and will no longer carry them within their delivery network. We have also avoided using the 'budget' couriers such as Yodel and Evri due to poor delivery performance from previous experience with these couriers. We currently only use DHL for delivering paint aerosols.
