Delivery Information

For domestic (UK) deliveries we generally use Royal Mail for smaller items and Parcelforce / DHL for larger items.


All items are fully insured by us in transit so you don't need to worry about your parcel. All we ask is that if there is a problem with delivery, please contact us in timely manor so that we can deal with any issues.

IMPORTANTAerosol products: We now have to send any aerosol product via courier service as Royal Mail will no longer transport aerosol products. Please also note that we cannot send any aerosol products outside the UK. 

IMPORTANT – Liquids: We are not able to ship any liquids outside the UK due to shipping restrictions.



INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

We currently only ship goods within the UK.

 

Have you had an issue with a delivery?

Fist of all, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused for any delivery issues.  Although we take great care in preparing packages for delivery, we rely on 3rd party couriers to safely transport goods from our warehouse to your door. All items are sent fully insured so if you've experienced an issue with a delivery please let us know about it within a reasonable timeframe.

For lost or damaged deliveries:

We will contact the delivery courier to raise a delivery query. All items are sent with a unique reference which allows the courier to determine the last know scan location. All deliveries are scanned at the final point of delivery including Royal Mail items.

If you wish to report a lost or damaged delivery please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
  2. If an item is damaged, please provide photgraphic evidence including any damae to the packaging.
  3. Send us an email with you full details which should include;
  • Your full name.
  • Your delivery address
  • Your contact telephone number
  • A written declaration stating that you have not received the delivery or that the delivery was received in a damaged condition.

Once we have all of the above information we will raise a courier query. The courier may need to contact you directly to confirm details about the delivery so please respond to them if this happens otherwise the query may be delayed.

Royal Mail can take up to 15 working days to conduct an investigation.
